At the age of 74, I am truly living my best life – full of joy, gratitude, love, passion, and purpose. I have a youthful mindset – I’m not allowing age to define me, not in my appearance nor in my actions.
I feel a strong desire to reach out and encourage others in their 60s, 70s, 80’s, and upwards. I hope to share my mindset and energy and passion; my dream is for all to experience their best lives!
